This is an unbelievabley wonderful lot!!  This geneology traces the family history back to 1315 and there is even mention of information with the date of 985. There will be 450+ pages of copies of the original files, notes, official documents and correspondance of the Geneology of the Nye family.  They were decedents of the Royal House of Sweden, one was the Bishop of Roskilde in 1315 and their family came to America on the Mayflower!  There is so much valuable information in here besides the geneology itself including all of the references of sources, letters from actual family members who sent in additional information. Olive Leonard, wife of the famous scientist, Samuel Leonard, had this geneology done. Most all of the ivestigative work was performed by Helen Hays with many copies of her handwritten letters and notes. There are also copies of newspaper clippings and photos. So very much valuable information! Many other names are mentioned in this geneology! There are so very many interesting historical facts in this lot...records of duels fought, arrests, wills, land purchased, I could go on and on!
