Description
THIS IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO FLORIDA RESIDENTS WITH A FLORIDA DRIVERS LICENSE AND PROOF OF FLORIDA RESIDENCE AND CAN ONLY BE PICKED UP IN A VEHICLE WITH A FLORIDA LICENSE PLATE. I REPEAT MYSELF, THIS IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO FLORIDA RESIDENTS WITH A FLORIDA DRIVERS LICENSE AND PROOF OF FLORIDA RESIDENCE AND CAN ONLY BE PICKED UP IN A VEHICLE WITH A FLORIDA LICENSE PLATE. You are bidding on a professionally articulated, museum quality, male, tiger skeleton. This animal was born in a State & Federally licensed Florida based wildlife facility in Naples. I was told it was humanly euthanized by Veterinarian at the ripe old age of 26 due to untreatable geriatric conditions that diminished his quality of life. I acquired the specimen while volunteering at a Florida based museum of Natural History and had the skeleton articulated by a master. Due to the fact that tigers are an Endangered species, this skeleton is protected under the same Federal laws that protect the live animal and can only legally be sold in the State of Florida to another Florida FULL TIME RESIDENT. The skeleton is attached to a piece of plywood from its shipping container. It would look absolutely incredible if it was encased in glass or better yet a naturalistic environment. It would make a fantastic museum display or school teaching aid. Again, if you are not a full time Florida resident WITH PROOF, you are not legally allowed to buy this or transport it and more importantly, I WILL NOT SELL IT TO YOU. If you have any questions or are confused in any way, please feel free to contact me. I wish I had the room to properly display this beautiful specimen but I do not. Plus, I really want it to go somewhere were others can learn from it and get inspired to conserve tigers and their remaining wild habitats. * * This item is for sale locally as well.
