This allows an officer to take their concealable panels and place them into a cover such as this and set up a basic group of equipment or magazine pockets, and use it to stay light and still well protected. It is set up to accept a groin guard and 9.6" x 11.6" 3+ plates, although it is adjustable you could conceivably put 10" x 12" plates, but it's really for thin upgrade plate not big heavy or thick stand alone plates. This is state of the art protection that can be modified and changed from concealable to tactical in a few minutes. This is a prototype and there are a few changes we will be making for the future. The unit includes our Quantum XP 3-A with Spectra 2 and Kevlar XLT hybrid system at 1 Lbs/Sq. Ft for 3-A performance.
